  • Organiseren en opvolgen van de productieplanning, met oog voor capaciteit en deadlines
  • Knelpunten signaleren en samen met het team werken aan structurele verbeteringen
  • Toezien op veiligheid, orde en een correcte uitvoering binnen de afdeling, in samenwerking met de kwaliteits- en preventiedienst
  • Waar nodig actief bijspringen om de dagelijkse werking van de afdeling te ondersteunen
  • Een technische achtergrond en een goed inzicht in het lezen en interpreteren van technische plannen
  • Relevante ervaring binnen een productie- of bouwomgeving, bij voorkeur aangevuld met ervaring in teamleiding
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om steeds het overzicht te bewaren, ook in een dynamische werkomgeving
  • Een vlotte en duidelijke communicatiestijl, met de nodige vaardigheden om medewerkers te motiveren en aan te sturen
  • Een nauwkeurige en kwaliteitsgerichte werkhouding, met oog voor detail en een sterke focus op een correcte uitvoering
