  • Je werkt op meerdere productielijnen, waarbij je machines instelt en producten handmatig aanbrengt
  • Zelfstandig uitvoeren van productieprocessen, met focus op kwaliteit, veiligheid en precisie
  • Je ondersteunt collega’s en springt bij waar nodig om productie en efficiëntie te waarborgen
  • Actief bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen en optimalisatie van de workflow
  • Zorgen voor een ordelijke en veilige werkplek, waarbij netheid en teamwork centraal staan
  • Ervaring in productie of fysiek, manueel werk, of gelijkwaardige praktische ervaring
  • Zelfstandig kunnen functioneren, stressbestendig en oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands voor correcte opvolging van veiligheidsvoorschriften en communicatie
  • Flexibel en hands-on ingesteld, met bereidheid om verschillende taken op te nemen
