Dankzij een combinatie van hoogtechnologische CNC-machines, technische expertise en een no-nonsense mentaliteit realiseert dit bedrijf dagelijks precisiewerk van hoog niveau voor uiteenlopende industriële toepassingen.Om de verdere groei van het atelier mee te ondersteunen, gaat men op zoek naar een Atelierverantwoordelijke CNC. Geen puur sturende functie vanachter een bureau, maar een rol voor iemand die technisch sterk in zijn schoenen staat, dicht bij de werkvloer blijft en energie haalt uit het coachen van mensen en het optimaliseren van productieprocessen.Je komt terecht in een stabiele onderneming met een familiale sfeer, korte communicatielijnen en de ambitie om verder te investeren in mensen, technologie en kwaliteit.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Dagelijkse aansturing van een team van een 20-tal medewerkers binnen draaien en frezen, gecombineerd met coaching op de werkvloer en aandacht voor technische groei binnen het atelier
  • Een globale productieplanning omzetten naar een efficiënte detailplanning waarbij capaciteit, deadlines en machinebezetting perfect op elkaar afgestemd blijven
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan operatoren en instellers, snel schakelen bij storingen of productieproblemen en actief meewerken aan duurzame oplossingen
  • Operationele processen kritisch analyseren en optimaliseren met focus op rendement, kwaliteit, doorlooptijden en een vlotte werking van het volledige machinepark
  • Nauwe samenwerking met quality en maintenance om kwaliteitsnormen, veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid van de productieomgeving structureel te versterken
  • Sterke ervaring binnen CNC-verspaning, met een doorgedreven kennis van zowel draaien als frezen in een productieomgeving
  • Een natuurlijke combinatie van technische expertise, leiderschap en het vermogen om mensen op de werkvloer mee te krijgen in verandering en verbetering
  • Vlot technisch planlezen, nauwkeurig werken met meetinstrumenten en voldoende inzicht om kwaliteit en precisie continu te bewaken
