Dan bouwt dit bedrijf met jou een volledig traject op.Het bedrijf is een familiale autogroep in de derde generatie, met ongeveer 900 medewerkers in twee landen en zo’n 105 in België. Het zet fors in op opleiding: via de merken lopen er trajecten van senioropleiding tot mastertechnieker, aangevuld met interne trainingen en samenwerking met technische scholen. Ook stagiairs krijgen er hun kans.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als technieker voor BMW en MINI wordt er gewerkt in de technische afdeling van de groep
  • Diagnose, elektriciteit, merkgebonden techniek en specifieke modellen vormen de basis van het werk
  • Via opleidingen en toegang tot merkspecifieke software groeit de technieker mee met de technologie
  • Samen met het team worden herstellingen en onderhoud uitgevoerd
  • Een technische achtergrond is vereist, met een eerste ervaring als pluspunt
  • Ervaring in het premiumsegment is niet nodig, ook andere merken zijn welkom
  • Technisch sterk zijn en de motivatie hebben om bij te leren staan voorop
  • Wie zich wil bewijzen en potentieel toont, komt zeker in aanmerking
