Heb je een achtergrond in TEW of Handelswetenschappen en combineer je dat met sterke interesse in ERP-systemen en bedrijfsprocessen?Voor een internationale productieomgeving binnen de voedingsgerelateerde sector in de regio Ardooie zoeken we een Business Analist. De organisatie maakt deel uit van een internationale groep met meerdere vestigingen wereldwijd en investeert sterk in digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie.Om deze groei te ondersteunen wordt een extra Business Analist aangeworven die zich focust op de verdere uitrol en optimalisatie van het ERP-platform Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations.Tijdens het eerste jaar werk je intensief mee aan de implementatie en uitrol van het ERP-systeem binnen verschillende internationale sites. Nadien verschuift de focus naar optimalisaties, rapportering en verdere digitale verbeteringen binnen de organisatie.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij vormt de brug tussen bedrijfsprocessen en het ERP-systeem Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations.
  • Beiden laat je optimaal op elkaar aansluiten.
  • Je verdiept je grondig in de operationele en supply chain processen zodat je snel inzicht krijgt in hoe het systeem deze processen ondersteunt.
  • Als functioneel aanspreekpunt ondersteun je interne teams bij vragen rond het ERP-systeem.
  • Samen met interne collega’s en externe partners werk je aan optimalisaties binnen Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Je begeleidt key-users tijdens updates en nieuwe releases van verschillende systemen binnen het IT-landschap.
  • Tijdens internationale implementaties bied je ondersteuning bij validatie, testing en migratie van data.
  • Je helpt bij het uitrollen van nieuwe systemen en processen binnen verschillende vestigingen.
  • Door je proceskennis neem je geleidelijk ook projectmatige verantwoordelijkheden op binnen internationale ERP-trajecten.
  • Regelmatig reis je naar buitenlandse vestigingen om processen ter plaatse te begeleiden.
  • Een masterdiploma in TEW, Handelswetenschappen of Handelsingenieur.
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring met ERP-implementaties of ERP-projecten binnen een bedrijfsomgeving.
  • Kennis van Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations of vergelijkbare ERP-systemen.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Frans.
