Ben jij een precisiewerker met een passie voor metaal? Voor een gespecialiseerde KMO in de metaalbewerking zoeken we een CNC-draaier. Het bedrijf is actief in CNC-draai- en freeswerk en produceert onderdelen voor klanten uit uiteenlopende industriële sectoren. Zowel internationale spelers als lokale ondernemingen rekenen op deze expertise voor kwalitatief draaiwerk in kleine en middelgrote series.Je komt terecht in een technisch geavanceerde productieomgeving met een uitgebreid en sterk geautomatiseerd machinepark. Kwaliteit en flexibiliteit staan centraal. Je werkt met moderne CNC-draaibanken en krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid om nauwkeurige onderdelen te produceren die beantwoorden aan de vooropgestelde specificaties.Ook jouw inzet en motivatie tellen. Ervaring met CNC-draaien is mooi meegenomen, maar leergierigheid en de wil om het vak verder onder de knie te krijgen zijn minstens even belangrijk. Je werkt samen met collega's in een dynamische omgeving waar nauwkeurigheid, vakmanschap en teamwerk een belangrijke rol spelen.Interesse om deze uitdaging aan te gaan?   • Je stelt CNC-draaibanken in en bedient ze om kwalitatieve metalen onderdelen te produceren
  • Je volgt het productieproces op en controleert of de afgewerkte stukken aan de technische specificaties voldoen
  • Voert nauwkeurige kwaliteitscontroles uit en beoordeelt de maatvoering van de geproduceerde onderdelen
  • Je past waar nodig machine-instellingen of parameters aan om afwijkingen te corrigeren
  • Samenwerken met collega's om een vlot en kwalitatief productieproces te garanderen
  • Ervaring met CNC-draaien is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en streeft naar kwalitatief afgewerkte stukken
  • Je functioneert goed in teamverband, spreekt vlot Nederlands en voelt je thuis in een dynamische productieomgeving
