Voor een technisch sterk en groeiend metaalbewerkingsbedrijf in de regio Deerlijk zijn we op zoek naar een CNC-frezer. De onderneming beschikt over een modern machinepark en legt sterk de nadruk op kwalitatief en nauwkeurig maatwerk. Als CNC-frezer kom je terecht in een professionele productieomgeving waar verschillende onderdelen worden vervaardigd met behulp van moderne CNC-technologie. De combinatie van technisch vakmanschap, een gevarieerd machinepark en een familiale werksfeer zorgt voor een afwisselende job met ruimte voor zelfstandigheid.Ter versterking van het team wordt gezocht naar een frezer regio Waregem die graag met CNC-machines werkt en mee wil bouwen aan een efficiënte en kwalitatieve productie.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Instellen en bedienen van CNC-freesmachines voor het vervaardigen van nauwkeurige metalen onderdelen
  • Technische tekeningen analyseren en vertalen naar een correcte bewerking en CNC-programmatie
  • Selecteren en afstellen van geschikte snijgereedschappen en machineparameters
  • Controleren van werkstukken tijdens en na de bewerking en waar nodig instellingen bijsturen
  • Meewerken aan een efficiënte productie met aandacht voor kwaliteit, maatvoering en een optimale machinewerking
  • Nauwkeurig en zelfstandig kunnen werken met aandacht voor maatvoering, kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Technisch inzicht en ervaring met CNC-freesmachines en verspanende bewerkingen
  • Gemotiveerde en collegiale werkhouding, met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en initiatief
