Vanuit een moderne productieomgeving worden staalconstructies en metalen onderdelen vervaardigd voor uiteenlopende industriële toepassingen.Je maakt deel uit van een stabiel team van ervaren vakmensen. De onderneming combineert een sterke lokale verankering met projecten in binnen- en buitenland en kiest bewust voor een aanpak waarbij kwaliteit, veiligheid en technisch vakmanschap vooropstaan.Hier krijg je geen job waarbij iemand voortdurend over je schouder meekijkt. Je krijgt het vertrouwen om zelfstandig te werken, technische keuzes te maken en meeAls CNC Plooier ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig plooien van metalen onderdelen. Je werkt met een indrukwekkende CNC-plooibank van 4 meter en 320 ton en vertaalt technische plannen naar kwalitatieve stukken. Geen eindeloze massaproductie, maar maatwerk en variatie waarbij jouw ervaring en oog voor detail het verschil maken!Wat houdt de job in?

  • Precisiewerk begint bij een goed plan! Jij stelt de CNC-plooibank zelfstandig in en vertaalt technische tekeningen naar een correcte uitvoering
  • Je selecteert de juiste plooigereedschappen, stelt de machine nauwkeurig af en zorgt ervoor dat ieder stuk exact volgens specificatie wordt geproduceerd
  • Je werkt met een krachtige 4 meter lange plooibank van 320 ton, waarbij je ook grotere en zwaardere stukken veilig verwerkt met de rolbrug
  • Kwaliteit zit in de details! Je controleert maatvoering en afwerking met standaard meetgereedschappen en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je staat in voor het wekelijkse onderhoud van de machine en denkt mee over oplossingen wanneer zich technische problemen voordoen
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als CNC Plooier en beschikt over een sterke technische achtergrond in metaalbewerking
  • Je kan technische plannen zeer goed lezen en werkt vlot met standaard meetgereedschappen
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en bent bereid om in dagregime te werken
