Ben jij een CNC-programmeur die graag werkt aan unieke stukken in plaats van eindeloos hetzelfde seriewerk te produceren? Dan wacht hier een technische uitdaging waarbij vakmanschap, nauwkeurigheid en initiatief centraal staan.Voor een technisch sterk en groeiend machinebouwbedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren CNC programmeur. Het bedrijf ontwerpt en bouwt volledig op maat gemaakte machines en geautomatiseerde productielijnen. Van engineering en verspaning tot montage en testing: alles gebeurt onder één dak.Dat zorgt voor een bijzonder gevarieerde werkomgeving. Geen massaproductie waarbij hetzelfde onderdeel honderden keren terugkomt, maar telkens opnieuw technische stukken die hun plaats krijgen in complexe machines. Dankzij de korte communicatielijnen is er bovendien rechtstreeks overleg met collega's uit engineering en montage. Ideeën om efficiënter, nauwkeuriger of slimmer te werken worden hier echt meegenomen.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Programmeren van CNC-machines met behulp van Inventor HSM of vergelijkbare CAM-software
  • Opstellen en optimaliseren van CNC-programma's met aandacht voor efficiëntie, snelheid en nauwkeurigheid
  • Instellen en afstellen van de CNC-machines en zorgen voor een correcte tooling
  • Bewerken van diverse mechanische onderdelen in stukwerk en kleine series
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en controleren van de geproduceerde stukken op maatvoering en toleranties
  • Technische problemen tijdens het verspaningsproces analyseren en zoeken naar een efficiënte oplossing
  • Technisch diploma binnen mechanica, elektromechanica, werktuigbouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring als CNC-programmeur en kennis van CAM-programmatie
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en nauwkeurige kennis van maatvoering, toleranties en verspaning
  • Perfect Nederlandstalig in kader van veiligheidsvoorschriften
