Voor een groeiend familiaal bedrijf in de regio Poperinge zijn we op zoek naar een CNC-specialist met passie voor techniek en precisiewerk.De onderneming is gespecialiseerd in industriële technologieën en ontwikkelt technische oplossingen op maat voor uiteenlopende klanten. Van het eerste ontwerp tot de productie, montage en opstart bij de klant gebeurt vrijwel het volledige traject in eigen beheer.Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar vakmanschap, zelfstandigheid en initiatief centraal staan. Dankzij de brede technische expertise en de afwisseling in projecten krijg je de kans om mee te werken aan unieke stukken en uitdagende realisaties, binnen een omgeving waar kwaliteit en samenwerking vooropstaan.Wat houdt de job in?

  • CNC-machines programmeren en instellen met Siemens CAM voor nauwkeurig draai- en freeswerk
  • Unieke stukken en kleine series produceren, vaak slechts één tot vijf stuks, met oog voor kwaliteit en precisie
  • Technische plannen interpreteren en zelfstandig de meest geschikte bewerkingsmethode bepalen
  • Moderne vier- en vijfassige CNC-machines bedienen van merken zoals Mazak, DMG en Doosan
  • Meedenken over efficiënte bewerkingsstrategieën en zelfstandig werken binnen een ervaren team dat kennis en expertise deelt
  • Ervaring met CNC-draaien en/of frezen, inclusief zelfstandig programmeren, machines instellen en technische plannen lezen
  • Sterk technisch inzicht om zelfstandig de juiste bewerkingsmethode te bepalen, bij voorkeur met ervaring op vier- en vijfassige CNC-machines
  • Een nauwkeurige en zelfstandige werkhouding; kennis van Siemens-sturingen is een pluspunt, maar technisch inzicht en programmeervaardigheid zijn doorslaggevend
