  • In samenwerking met het hoofd Montage, stuur je een aantal van de (montage)ploegen aan
  • Bij problemen grijp je tijdig in en los jij ze op voor het escaleert
  • Jij bewaakt rendement, kwaliteit en tempo
  • Organiseren en plannen van de interventies
  • Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt dat zowel interne als externe afspraken nagekomen worden
  • Binnen je rol zet jij de service-afdeling structureel mee op de kaart
  • In overleg met je collega’s kies en stuur je de juiste onderaannemers aan en denkt mee over de strategie met uitvoering en marketing
  • Je breidt het servicegamma stapsgewijs uit zodat de klanten volledig ontzorgd worden
  • Je hebt minstens een hoger secundair diploma en ervaring als werfleider, projectleider of in een gelijkaardige operationele rol
  • Daarnaast begrijp je de realiteit van de werf en combineer je planningstalent met praktisch inzicht
  • Verder werk je vlot met planningstools zoals MS Project en blijf je rustig wanneer prioriteiten snel wijzigen
  • Tot slot communiceer je sterk in Nederlands en Frans, zowel met klanten als interne en externe partners
