Lees snel verder!Voor een gevestigde onderneming in regio Zwalm, actief binnen een technische B2B-omgeving, zoeken we een Service Coördinator die de dagelijkse coördinatie van operationele werkzaamheden op zich neemt.Het bedrijf ondersteunt professionele klanten met uiteenlopende technische diensten en oplossingen. Dankzij een sterke focus op kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en langdurige klantenrelaties heeft de organisatie doorheen de jaren een stabiele positie opgebouwd. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar rechtstreekse communicatie, samenwerking en eigen verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Service Coördinator sta je in voor het opmaken, opvolgen en bijsturen van de dag- en weekplanning, rekening houdend met beschikbare capaciteit en gemaakte afspraken
  • Bij onverwachte wijzigingen of dringende aanvragen schakel je snel, bepaal je de juiste prioriteiten en zoek je naar haalbare oplossingen
  • Het dagelijkse contact met klanten en technische medewerkers vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw functie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen correct geïnformeerd blijven
  • In nauwe samenwerking met verschillende interne afdelingen stem je werkzaamheden op elkaar af en bewaak je een efficiënte uitvoering van de planning
  • Ook de administratieve opvolging van opdrachten, personeelsbezetting en benodigde middelen behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden
  • Je beschikt over een diploma binnen een technische of logistieke achtergrond, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een opleiding in mechanica, elektromechanica, automotive of logistiek
  • Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen serviceplanning, operationele coördinatie of een vergelijkbare functie. Daarnaast beschik je over voldoende technisch inzicht om werkzaamheden correct in te schatten
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands is noodzakelijk, terwijl een goede kennis Frans en Engels een groot pluspunt vormt. Je werkt gestructureerd, communiceert duidelijk en bent administratief sterk
