Voor een gerenommeerde speler in de regio Tielt zijn we op zoek naar een Commercieel Verantwoordelijke.Deze onderneming fungeert als groothandel in duurzame energieoplossingen zoals zonnepanelen en thuisbatterijen, en levert kwaliteitsvolle producten aan professionele installateurs verspreid over volledig België. Ook internationaal laten ze hun voetafdruk na, met klanten in onder meer Frankrijk, Nederland, Duitsland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Wat deze organisatie extra krachtig maakt? Ze maakt deel uit van een grotere groep, waarbij een zusterbedrijf instaat voor de volledige installatie van de systemen – een mooie synergie tussen distributie en plaatsing.Met een compact, lokaal team van zo'n vijftien medewerkers realiseert het bedrijf een indrukwekkende omzet van zo’n 150 miljoen euro.   • Actieve prospectie en telefonisch klantcontact: benaderen van potentiële klanten met gerichte voorstellen op maat van hun noden, en opvolging van leads via bijvoorbeeld website-registraties
  • Peilen naar klantverwachtingen en problemen bij vorige leveranciers om gerichte oplossingen te kunnen aanbieden
  • Je staat in voor het verwerken van bestellingen, beantwoorden van telefonische vragen en ondersteunen bij uiteenlopende commerciële taken
  • Debiteurenbeheer: opvolgen van openstaande facturen en telefonisch contact opnemen met klanten om betalingen te regelen
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het inplannen van afspraken, coördineren van agenda’s en ad hoc ondersteuning van collega’s binnen het sales- en serviceteam
  • Je bent in het bezit van een hoger diploma (Bachelor) en kan bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring voorleggen in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Vlot drietalig: Nederlands, Frans & Engels is een must
  • Affiniteit met de transportsector is een pluspunt & bezit over een sterke commerciële ingesteldheid
