Dan ben jij misschien wel de nieuwe schakel in dit internationale team.Voor een toonaangevende producent van Belgische zoetwaren zoeken we een customer service medewerker. Het bedrijf werd opgericht in 1956 en is uitgegroeid tot een familiebedrijf in derde generatie.Vanuit de vestiging, waar je zal tewerkgesteld zijn, worden de internationale activiteiten van de volledige groep gecoördineerd. Met een team van 30 vaste medewerkers worden er dagelijks grote volumes zoetwaren verwerkt, verpakt en verstuurd naar meer dan 100 landen wereldwijd.Het bedrijf biedt een breed assortiment onder verschillende merken, met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, ambacht en exportgerichtheid.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte service vanaf de offerte tot en met de levering aan de klant.
  • Je verwerkt klantendossiers efficiënt en volgt deze nauwgezet administratief op.
  • Als tussenpersoon communiceer je met klanten, transporteurs, leveranciers en interne diensten.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat klantverwachtingen correct vertaald worden naar productie en logistiek.
  • Rapporteren doe je rechtstreeks aan de verantwoordelijke.
  • Je ondersteunt dagelijks de sales afdeling in hun administratieve opdrachten.
  • Jij draagt bij aan een correcte en tijdige verwerking van exportdocumenten.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of masterdiploma.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in logistiek of export, bij voorkeur met douanekennis.
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands, Frans en Engels, nodig voor communicatie en documenten.
