Ben jij een échte diagnose-expert die niet alleen een uitleescomputer aansluit, maar ook zelfstandig schema's analyseert en mechanische pannes doorgrondt? Zoek je een stabiele job in dagdienst zonder overuren, waar je de kans krijgt om doorgedreven merkopleidingen (EV) te volgen? Dan is deze spilfunctie in Oostende jouw ideale vervolgstap!Onze klant is een gevestigd West-Vlaams familiebedrijf met 37 jaar ervaring op de teller, een ijzersterke reputatie aan de kust en een rotsvaste financiële gezondheid. Als officieel merkdealer van onder meer een bekende Duitse autobouwer en innovatieve nieuwkomers op de EV-markt (zoals Leapmotor) combineren zij korte communicatielijnen met de nieuwste automotive technologieën. Je komt terecht in een hechte werkplaats in Gistel waar een no-nonsense mentaliteit heerst, waar collega's op elkaar kunnen bouwen en waar kwaliteit boven gehaast werk gaat.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Uitvoeren van geavanceerde diagnoses en herstellingen bij complexe elektronische, mechanische en technische defecten.
  • Werken met gespecialiseerde software (Stellantis) en het grondig analyseren van elektrische schema's.
  • Veilig en gestructureerd werken aan de nieuwste generatie elektrische en hybride voertuigen volgens strikte veiligheidsprotocollen (afbakening, specifieke werkvolgorde).
  • Vlotte communicatie met de naverkoopcollega's met het oog op een correcte opvolging van garantiedossiers en technische expertises.
  • Incidenteel bijspringen bij PDI-taken (voertuigen uit transportmodus halen, keuringsklaar maken) bij piekmomenten.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma TSO Autotechniek (A2) of bent gelijkwaardig door aantoonbare werkervaring.
  • Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring als diagnosetechnieker binnen een officiële merkdealer of technisch vooraanstaande garage.
  • Talenkennis: Uitstekende en vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands is een absolute vereiste op de werkvloer. Daarnaast heb je een functionele leesvaardigheid in het Frans (communicatie) en Engels (software).
