  • Technisch eigenaarschap opnemen voor één specifieke, hoogtechnologische afdeling binnen het geautomatiseerde machinepark; jij bent hield de specialist en het eerste aanspreekpunt.
  • Opsporen, analyseren en autonoom oplossen van acute elektrische, elektronische en mechanische storingen om productiestilstanden tot een absoluut minimum te beperken.
  • Finetunen, afregelen en op punt stellen van complexe productielijnen (inclusief servosturingen, frequentieregelaars en veiligheidsrelais).
  • Uitvoeren van gepland preventief en curatief onderhoud, inclusief het identificeren en oplossen van hydraulische en pneumatische problemen.
  • Beheren van de dagelijkse actielijst: prioriteiten stellen bij interventies, voorbereiden van geplande stilstanden en het nauwkeurig bijhouden van technische documentatie in de bibliotheek.
  • Nauw samenwerken in tandem met een vaste collega-mechanieker en proactief schakelen met machinefabrikanten en de technisch verantwoordelijke.
  • Bachelor denkniveau in de Elektromechanica (focus Elektrotechniek) of volledig gelijkwaardig door een stevige, aantoonbare praktijkervaring als industrieel elektrotechnieker.
  • Diepgaande kennis van PLC-systemen (begrijpen en herkennen van PLC-structuren), motoren (AC/DC), sensoren, netwerk- en bussystemen en componenten zoals diodes en condensatoren.
  • Uitstekende vaardigheid in het lezen, interpreteren en vlot toepassen van complexe elektrische schema's en plannen.
