Voor een vooruitstrevende industriële productieonderneming zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren elektrotechnieker. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in de productie van technische verpakkingsmaterialen en industriële verpakkingsoplossingen voor uiteenlopende professionele toepassingen. Innovatie, kwaliteit en een doorgedreven automatisering spelen een belangrijke rol binnen de dagelijkse werking.De productieomgeving beschikt over een uitgebreid en modern machinepark waarin verschillende geautomatiseerde processen samenkomen. Om de continuïteit en efficiëntie te garanderen, wordt sterk ingezet op technische expertise en een goed georganiseerd onderhoudsbeleid. Iedere installatie vraagt een specifieke aanpak en biedt voldoende technische uitdagingen.Als expert elektrotechnieker word je verantwoordelijk voor een specifiek gedeelte van het machinepark. Je krijgt een grote mate van zelfstandigheid en wordt het technische aanspreekpunt voor jouw afdeling. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's, maar krijgt vooral de ruimte om jouw eigen expertise volledig te benutten. Ben jij een echte specialist in elektriciteit en automatisatie die graag complexe technische uitdagingen aangaat?Wat houdt de job in?

  • Fungeren als technisch expert en eerste aanspreekpunt voor een toegewezen gedeelte van het machinepark
  • Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van complexe elektrische en elektromechanische storingen
  • Uitvoeren van technische interventies aan PLC-systemen, frequentieregelaars, sensoren en servosturingen
  • Instaan voor het preventieve onderhoud, het opvolgen van interventies en het voorbereiden van geplande werkzaamheden
  • Optimaliseren van machine-instellingen, opvolgen van technische documentatie en streven naar maximale machinebeschikbaarheid
  • Een bachelor denkniveau in elektromechanica met focus op elektrotechniek, of gelijkwaardige ervaring, vormt een goede basis
  • Kennis van PLC-systemen, frequentieregelaars, netwerk- en bussystemen en servosturingen is belangrijk
  • Zelfstandigheid, analytisch inzicht en een gestructureerde werkhouding zijn eigenschappen die jou onderscheiden
