Lees dan zeker verder!Voor een industriële productieomgeving in de regio Roeselare zoeken we een Elektromecanicien die het technisch team versterkt. Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar techniek centraal staat en waar een interne technische dienst instaat voor het onderhoud en de optimalisatie van verschillende productielijnen.Het bedrijf maakt deel uit van een internationale industriële groep en telt verschillende vestigingen. Binnen deze organisatie staat een goed draaiend machinepark centraal. De technische dienst speelt hierin een sleutelrol door storingen snel op te lossen en preventief onderhoud uit te voeren zodat de productie continu kan blijven draaien.Als Elektromecanicien werk je in een omgeving waar mechanica en elektriciteit samenkomen en waar je dagelijks betrokken bent bij het onderhouden en optimaliseren van machines en installaties.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij bent de eerste schakel bij het oplossen van mechanische en elektrische storingen op verschillende productielijnen
  • Je voert onderhoudswerken uit aan machines, zowel op mechanisch als elektrisch vlak zodat installaties betrouwbaar blijven draaien
  • Defecte of versleten onderdelen worden door jou vervangen waarna je de werking van de installatie test en controleert
  • Regelmatig inspecteer en kalibreer je machines zodat ze blijven voldoen aan de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen binnen de productieomgeving
  • Via het onderhoudsprogramma ontvang je dagelijks je taken en registreer je nauwkeurig het uitgevoerde werk
  • Bij machinestilstand analyseer je de oorzaak van het probleem en werk je doelgericht aan een oplossing zodat de lijn snel opnieuw kan opstarten
  • Je beschikt over een relevante technische opleiding binnen elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Je kan elektrische schema’s lezen en mechanische tekeningen begrijpen zodat je storingen correct kan analyseren
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands is noodzakelijk om veiligheidsvoorschriften en technische documentatie correct te begrijpen
