Om de continue productiewerking te garanderen, zet de organisatie sterk in op proactief en preventief onderhoud. De technische afdeling kenmerkt zich door korte beslissingslijnen, een gestructureerde planning en een filevrije werkomgeving waarin vakmanschap en autonomie vooropstaan.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Uitvoeren van preventieve onderhoudsbeurten op kritieke productielijnen gedurende geplande stilstandsmomenten.
  • Vakkundig reviseren, testen en klaarmaken van wisselstukken voor de productie.
  • Uitvoeren van doorgedreven inspecties om technische slijtage en storingen proactief te voorkomen.
  • Medebeheer van het atelier en het wisselstukkenmagazijn (in een roterend systeem van 3 weken).
  • Realiseren van modificaties en technische aanpassingen aan het bestaande machinepark.
  • A2-werk- en denkniveau in Elektromechanica, Mechanica of Elektronica met relevante praktijkervaring.
  • Aantoonbare kennis van industriële onderhoudstechnieken, plannen lezen en montage.
  • Inzicht in elektrische sturingen (motoren, frequentieregelaars, contactoren).
  • Analytisch ingesteld, nauwgezet en in staat om een onderhoudsplanning zelfstandig op te volgen.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
