Voor een internationale speler binnen de transport- en logistieke sector zoeken we een Fleet Coördinator. De onderneming is gespecialiseerd in temperatuurgecontroleerd transport en logistieke dienstverlening voor voedingsproducten. Dagelijks worden goederen onder gecontroleerde omstandigheden opgeslagen, behandeld en vervoerd naar verschillende klanten.Binnen de organisatie vormt een uitgebreid wagenpark een essentieel onderdeel van de dagelijkse activiteiten. Het correct onderhouden, opvolgen en beschikbaar houden van trekkers, opleggers en koelinstallaties is noodzakelijk om een vlotte dienstverlening te garanderen. Hierbij wordt nauw samengewerkt met chauffeurs, technische werkplaatsen, leveranciers en verschillende interne afdelingen.Als Fleet Coördinator krijg je een gevarieerde functie waarin technische kennis, administratie en organisatie samenkomen. Je krijgt een belangrijke verantwoordelijkheid binnen het beheer van het rollend materieel en zorgt ervoor dat alles operationeel blijft. Ben jij organisatorisch sterk en heb je interesse in voertuigen, transport en technisch wagenparkbeheer?Wat houdt de job in?

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van het preventieve en curatieve onderhoud van vrachtwagens, opleggers en technische installaties
  • Bewaken van de beschikbaarheid en technische staat van het volledige wagenpark
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs, externe werkplaatsen en leveranciers
  • Opvolgen van onderhoudscontracten, herstellingen, keuringen en wettelijke verplichtingen
  • Beheren van de nodige administratie, kosten en rapporteringen en meedenken over optimalisaties
  • Een bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma in een technische of logistieke richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring, vormt een goede basis
  • Ervaring binnen fleetmanagement, technisch wagenparkbeheer of transport is een belangrijke troef
  • Organisatorisch talent, communicatieve vaardigheden en analytisch inzicht zijn essentieel; een goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans is belangrijk
