Dan is deze uitdaging jouw volgende stap.Voor een gevestigde speler binnen de automotive sector zijn we op zoek naar een Head of Automotive die het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen van de carrosserie-afdeling in goede banen leidt.Deze functie biedt een mooie combinatie van techniek, organisatie, administratie en people management. Je krijgt de kans om jouw ervaring binnen automotive verder uit te bouwen in een rol waarin je echt het verschil kan maken voor zowel klanten als collega's.Ideaal voor een ervaren carrosseriemedewerker, werkplaatscoördinator of aftersales-profiel dat klaar is voor een volgende stap in zijn of haar carrière.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Opstellen, organiseren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse werkplanning
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van het carrosserieteam
  • Overleggen met experts voor schadevaststellingen en dossieropvolging
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van offertes
  • Coördineren van onderdelenbestellingen in samenwerking met de magazijnverantwoordelijke
  • Bewaken van deadlines en kwaliteit binnen de afdeling
  • Toezien op een correcte administratieve afhandeling en facturatie
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor collega's, klanten en externe partners
  • Mee waken over een efficiënte en rendabele werking van de carrosserieafdeling
  • Opleiding binnen een automotive richting (autotechnieken of hoger)
  • Minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen automotive, carrosserie of aftersales
  • Ervaring met planning, administratie of klantenopvolging is een belangrijke troef
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands in kader van veiligheidsvoorschriften
