Voor onze klant, een toonaangevende speler in het personenvervoer in België, gaan we op zoek naar een hoofdtechnieker. Deze topspeler is actief voor diverse doelgroepen zowel bedrijven en overheden. Dagelijks zorgen zij met een modern en gevarieerd wagenpark voor veilige en comfortabele ritten. Ondanks de grootte van de organisatie heerst er een familiale sfeer, met korte lijnen, een hecht team en volop kansen om je technisch talent te ontwikkelen. Innovatie, kwaliteit en veiligheid staan centraal, terwijl medewerkers gestimuleerd worden om initiatief te nemen en praktisch mee te denken over verbeteringen.Jouw rol als Hoofdtechnieker: Als hoofdtechnieker ben jij de technische spil van de werkplaats. Je combineert hands-on onderhoud met coördinatie en planning, zodat het wagenpark altijd veilig en inzetbaar blijft. Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde: van preventief onderhoud en reparaties in de werkplaats tot interventies op de baan bij gestrande voertuigen.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Preventief en curatief onderhoud uitvoeren aan een modern en gevarieerd wagenpark
  • Technische keuringen voorbereiden en voertuigen klaarmaken voor inspectie
  • Diagnoses stellen en storingen oplossen op mechanisch, hydraulisch en elektrisch vlak
  • Wieluitlijning uitvoeren en banden vervangen indien nodig
  • Grotere projecten plannen en coördineren binnen de technische dienst
  • De takeldienst ondersteunen bij gestrande voertuigen op de weg, met focus op veiligheid
  • Samenwerken met een klein team techniekers en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Administratieve opvolging van onderhoud, interventies en materiaalbeheer
  • Diploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring binnen de automotivesector
  • Relevante werkervaring als technieker, bij voorkeur in onderhoud van grote voertuigen
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en praktisch probleemoplossend vermogen
  • Rijbewijs B vereist, D is een pluspunt (opleiding mogelijk)
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands verplicht omwille van veiligheid, kennis Frans of Engels is een plus
