Met een team van ongeveer 20 medewerkers combineert het bedrijf een sterke reputatie en uitgebreide vakkennis met de persoonlijke aanpak en dynamiek van een KMO.De klanten bevinden zich voornamelijk binnen de tertiaire sector, kantooromgevingen en de industrie, aangevuld met grotere residentiële projecten. De activiteiten situeren zich hoofdzakelijk in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.Daarnaast maakt de onderneming deel uit van een grotere, stabiele groep die actief is binnen drie domeinen: elektriciteit, klimatisatie en HVAC & sanitair.   • Je werkt op werven in voornamelijk Oost- en West-Vlaanderen
  • Samen met je collega's help je bij de uitvoering van elektrische installaties
  • Ondersteuning bij het trekken van kabels, plaatsen van leidingen en kabelgoten
  • Monteren van schakelmateriaal en aansluiten van verlichting en laadpalen
  • Je volgt de instructies van de werfleider en leert van zijn ervaring en die van je collega's
  • Een opleiding elektrotechnieken gevolgd of een eerste ervaring in de sector
  • Interesse in techniek en de motivatie om bij te leren
  • Een praktische ingesteldheid en de bereidheid om de handen uit de mouwen te steken
  • Het vermogen om instructies op te volgen, vragen te stellen wanneer nodig en open te staan voor feedback
  • Een nauwkeurige werkhouding en zorg voor materiaal en gereedschap
  • Aandacht voor orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werf
  • Een goede teamgeest en de bereidheid om samen te werken met collega’s
