Op de site in de regio Passendale kom je terecht in een uitdagende, hooggeautomatiseerde en karaktervolle productieomgeving (kleiverwerking) waar welzijn, veiligheid en continue professionele ontwikkeling centraal staan.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Zelfstandig opsporen, lokaliseren en oplossen van complexe elektrische en elektronische storingen aan de productielijnen, robots en machines.
  • Actief inzetten op preventief en curatief onderhoud om technische pannes en productiestilstanden effectief te voorkomen.
  • Uitlezen en troubleshooten in PLC-programma's via Siemens TIA Portal en Step 7 om softwarematige haperingen snel te tackelen.
  • Continu meedenken over en meewerken aan verbetervoorstellen om de efficiëntie en veiligheid van de installaties te optimaliseren.
  • Nauwkeurig rapporteren en regelmatig feedback geven over je uitgevoerde werkzaamheden aan de teamleider.
  • Strikt handhaven van het veiligheidsbeleid en de 5S-standaarden, zodat je de installaties en je werkplek altijd netjes en georganiseerd achterlaat.
  • Een behaald diploma in een technische richting (Elektriciteit, Elektromechanica, Automatisering) of volledig gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Sterke affiniteit met en theoretische/praktische kennis van PLC-systemen (Siemens Step 7 / TIA Portal) en frequentieregelaars.
  • Logisch en oplossingsgericht denkvermogen; je weet analytisch te werk te gaan bij acute storingen.
