  • Besturen en bedienen van hydraulische kranen volgens de instructies van de ploegbaas of projectleider
  • Uitvoeren van toegewezen werkzaamheden met oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu
  • Correct gebruiken en onderhouden van toegewezen machines, gereedschappen en toestellen
  • Samenwerken met het team om vernieuwingen tijdig en veilig te realiseren
  • Flexibel werken om nacht- en weekenddiensten op te vangen, zodat de dienstregeling niet wordt verstoord
  • In het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs OTW voor spoorkranen of bereid dit via een opleiding te behalen
  • Ervaring met kranen is een sterke troef
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Teamplayer die zelfstandig kan werken op werf
  • Bereid om te werken buiten reguliere daguren, nacht- en weekendwerk voor het niet verstoren van het verkeer
