Ben jij een nauwkeurige werker die oog heeft voor detail en graag de kwaliteit van producten bewaakt? Zoek je een job waar je zowel kwaliteitscontroles uitvoert als je collega’s ondersteunt in het inpakproces?Voor een familiaal productiebedrijf zoeken we een gedreven kwaliteitsmedewerker in 2-ploegen. Je werkt nauw samen met de Quality Controllers en ondersteunt hen in het bewaken van de kwaliteitsnormen. Daarnaast help je de inpakkers waar nodig en zorg je voor een goede opvolging en begeleiding binnen jouw ploeg.In deze functie ben je een sleutelfiguur binnen de productieafdeling en zorg je ervoor dat de kwaliteitscontroles correct en efficiënt verlopen.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit volgens de vastgelegde normen.
  • Je signaleert niet-conformiteiten en rapporteert deze aan de Quality Controller.
  • Je ondersteunt de inpakkers waar nodig en helpt mee met kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Je ziet toe op orde en netheid binnen de werkplaats en legt de focus op het naleven van de regels.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk om nieuwe medewerkers en uitzendkrachten te begeleiden en geeft uitleg over de procedures.
  • Je bent back-up van de hoofd-Quality Controller binnen jouw ploeg en bij afwezigheid neem jij de leiding over.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring in een productieomgeving of op een kwaliteitsafdeling van afgewerkte producten
  • Je bent polyvalent inzetbaar en enthousiast
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail
