Binnen de onderneming heerst een warme, no-nonsense cultuur waar teamwork en veiligheid de absolute standaard zijn. Naast het harde werk is er ook steevast ruimte voor plezier tijdens regelmatige teamactiviteiten en events.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het lassen, monteren en herstellen van diverse metalen onderdelen en industriële constructies.
  • Aan de hand van technische tekeningen, lasplannen en P&ID-schema's stel je constructies zelfstandig en nauwkeurig samen.
  • Je past flexibel de juiste lastechniek toe naargelang de job, gaande van TIG en MIG tot MAG.
  • Naast nieuwbouw voer je ook vakkundige lasreparaties uit aan bestaande structuren of installaties.
  • Je voert een strenge kwaliteitscontrole uit op de lasverbindingen en zorgt voor een propere, esthetische afwerking.
  • Veilig werken is je prioriteit; je houdt je werkplek ordelijk en maakt correct gebruik van je automatische lashelm met UV-bescherming.
  • Je beschikt over een aantoonbare ervaring met meerdere lastechnieken (TIG, MIG, MAG).
  • Het vlot en zelfstandig lezen van lasplannen en technische tekeningen is voor jou een koud kunstje.
  • Je bent uiterst nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en hebt een scherp oog voor detail.
  • Je praat vlot Nederlands.
