Je komt terecht in een hooggeautomatiseerde, dynamische omgeving waar met hart en ziel wordt gewerkt aan kwaliteitsproducten.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Zelfstandig beheren en controleren van een volledige, gekoppelde verpakkingslijn vanaf de productinvoer tot aan de automatische stapelaar.
  • Optimaal instellen, ombouwen en bijsturen van de verpakkingsmachines (parameters zoals snelheid, gewicht, foliespanning) voor een maximaal rendement.
  • Tackelen van operationele problemen en kleine technische storingen, en indien nodig vlot schakelen met technici en de teamleider.
  • Uitvoeren van nauwgezette kwaliteitscontroles op het verpakte eindproduct (denk aan gewichtsmetingen, folie- en dooscontroles, etiketbedrukking en metaaldetectietesten).
  • Fungeren als spilfiguur aan de lijn door helder te communiceren en instructies te geven aan bevoorraders, bedienders en heftruckchauffeurs.
  • Strikt toezien op en naleven van de strenge procedures rondom voedselveiligheid (HACCP), hygiëne en algemene veiligheid.
  • Je hebt minimaal een A2-diploma (TSO) of bent volledig gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring in een productieomgeving.
  • Sterk procesmatig inzicht en organisatorisch talent om het overzicht over meerdere gekoppelde machines te bewaren.
  • Ervaring in de voedingssector en handigheid met digitale besturingspanelen worden gezien als een zeer sterke troef.
