  • Na een intensieve opleiding ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een volledige zone van de verpakkingslijn, waarbij je alle deeltaken zelfstandig en grondig beheerst
  • Je stelt de machines correct af om een optimaal rendement te garanderen en verhelpt operationele storingen, die je vervolgens rapporteert aan de teamleader
  • Je voert metingen en controles uit op metaaldetectie en onderhoudt een vlotte communicatie met collega's aan de lijn, zoals bevoorraders, bedieners en heftruckchauffeurs
  • Je controleert nauwgezet de kwaliteit van het verpakte product om te voldoen aan de vooropgestelde normen
  • Idealiter heb je al een eerste relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie en beschik je over leidinggevende kwaliteiten
  • Je denkt proactief en oplossingsgericht, met een scherp oog voor orde en netheid op de werkvloer
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar in een 2-ploegenstelsel (5u–13u & 13u–21u) of kiest voor een vaste nachtploeg (21u–5u)
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands; kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een waardevolle extra omwille van veiligheid
