Heb jij ervaring binnen elektrische installaties en weet je exact welke materialen nodig zijn om een werf correct voor te bereiden?Voor een West-Vlaamse KMO in de regio Lichtervelde zoeken we een magazijnier die het magazijn zelfstandig zal beheren en structureren. Dit installatiebedrijf telt een 20-tal medewerkers en kan terugvallen op meer dan 30 jaar ervaring in elektrische installaties.Het bedrijf is actief in zowel residentiële als industriële projecten. Projecten variëren sterk in omvang, van kleinere interventies tot volledige installaties bij industriële klanten. De organisatie werkt met een team van een 15-tal techniekers op de baan en 5 bediendes.Als magazijnmedewerker kom je terecht in een technisch sterk team waar jouw rol essentieel is om alle werven correct en tijdig voor te bereiden.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle materialen correct gepickt en klaargelegd worden voor de werven van de volgende werkdag.
  • Op basis van de planning bereid je zelfstandig de projecten voor zodat techniekers vlot kunnen vertrekken.
  • Stockcontrole behoort tot jouw dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheid en je volgt tekorten nauwkeurig op.
  • Je plaatst bestellingen bij leveranciers wanneer materialen aangevuld moeten worden.
  • Leveringen neem je in ontvangst en je zorgt ervoor dat alles correct op zijn plaats ligt.
  • Retourmaterialen verwerk je nauwkeurig en je houdt het magazijn overzichtelijk en gestructureerd.
  • Administratieve opvolging neem je mee op zodat alles correct geregistreerd staat in het systeem.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig in het magazijn maar stemt dagelijks af met techniekers en bureau.
  • Ervaring binnen de installatiesector is noodzakelijk zodat je kennis hebt van elektrische materialen
  • Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige, brede magazijnrol.
  • Je kan vlot met de computer werken en administratieve taken correct verwerken.
