Dan ben jij wie wij zoeken.Voor een stabiel en groeiend Belgisch familiebedrijf binnen de voedingsindustrie zijn we op zoek naar een Maintenance Supervisor. In deze moderne productieomgeving staan kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en innovatie centraal. Als Maintenance Supervisor neem je de dagelijkse leiding over het onderhoudsteam en zorg je mee voor een veilige, efficiënte en betrouwbare werking van de productie-installaties.Klaar om een technisch team naar een hoger niveau te tillen?   • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het onderhoudsteam en opvolgen van hun competentieontwikkeling
  • Coördineren van externe contractors en leveranciers en bewaken van een kwalitatieve uitvoering van de werkzaamheden
  • Plannen, opvolgen en optimaliseren van preventief, correctief en predictief onderhoud, inclusief de nodige keuringen
  • Bepalen van prioriteiten bij storingen en technische interventies in overleg met productie, met hands-on ondersteuning bij complexe problemen
  • Bewaken van veiligheid, orde en netheid binnen de technische dienst
  • Meewerken aan verbeterings- en optimalisatieprojecten en technische input leveren bij nieuwe installaties en modificaties
  • Opvolgen van onderhoudsbudgetten en rapporteren van KPI's en onderhoudsresultaten aan Operations en Technical Management
  • Bachelor of master diploma binnen elektromechanica, automatisatie, elektriciteit of gelijkaardige technische richting
  • 3 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen technisch onderhoud in een productieomgeving
  • Sterke technische kennis, gecombineerd met analytische, planmatige en nauwkeurige werkhouding
  • Sterk in Nederlands in kader van veiligheidsvoorschriften
