Voor een internationale en sterk groeiende voedingsproducent met familiale waarden zijn we op zoek naar een Maintenance Teamleader Preventief Onderhoud voor de site in regio Waregem.In deze sleutelrol neem je de leiding over een team van techniekers en planners dat instaat voor het preventieve onderhoud van een hoogtechnologisch machinepark. Je combineert technische expertise met people management en zorgt ervoor dat onderhoudsactiviteiten efficiënt, veilig en kwaliteitsvol verlopen. Tegelijk bouw je mee aan een cultuur van continue verbetering, waarbij je medewerkers ondersteunt in hun ontwikkeling en processen naar een hoger niveau tilt.Je komt terecht in een innovatieve productieomgeving waar ondernemerschap, samenwerking en groei centraal staan. Een organisatie die internationaal actief is, maar waar de familiale sfeer, korte communicatielijnen en aandacht voor mensen nog steeds het verschil maken.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Een team van techniekers en planners aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen zodat talenten maximaal tot hun recht komen en de dagelijkse werking vlot verloopt
  • De planning en uitvoering van preventieve onderhoudswerken coördineren, met een constante focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en bedrijfscontinuïteit
  • Nauwe samenwerking met verschillende interne afdelingen om onderhoudsactiviteiten efficiënt af te stemmen en nieuwe collega's succesvol te integreren
  • Technische problemen analyseren, risico's inschatten en gerichte verbeteracties uitwerken die de betrouwbaarheid van installaties verhogen
  • Onderhoudsdata, budgetten en operationele doelstellingen opvolgen en vertalen naar een duidelijke aanpak voor het team
  • Een sterke technische basis gecombineerd met ervaring binnen een productieomgeving en een passie voor onderhoud en optimalisatie
  • Natuurlijk leiderschap, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het talent om mensen te motiveren, coachen en mee te nemen in verandering
  • Analytisch sterk, organisatorisch onderlegd en vertrouwd met een veiligheidsgerichte werkomgeving waar kwaliteit en continue verbetering centraal staan
