Voor een toonaangevend bedrijf regio Wevelgem gaan wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde technieker met een bijzondere interesse in matrijzen.Deze speler is uitgegroeid tot een ware referentie binnen hun niche. Met een rijke geschiedenis streven ze ernaar om innovatieve producten van topkwaliteit te leveren die bijdragen aan het welzijn wereldwijd. De voorbije jaren is de productie binnen de vestiging sterk toegenomen. Elke opdracht wordt volledig op maat van de klant uitgevoerd, wat zorgt voor veel variatie binnen de job.Het harde werk van de voorbije decennia levert op vandaag mooie voordelen.   • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de bouw en montage van pons- en stansmatrijzen volgens de productieplanning met ondersteuning van ombouwfiches en gebruik van een vlakslijpmachine.
  • Je voert regelmatig een matrijzencontrole en -herstel uit op verzoek van de productieverantwoordelijke met focus op efficiënte oplossingen en continue verbetering.
  • Je beheert en volgt de wisselstukkenstock op met aandacht voor voorraadoptimalisatie.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig nieuwe matrijzen uit en implementeert ze volgens gedetailleerde plannen.
  • Je schoolt je voortdurend bij inzake jouw kennis over pons- en stansmatrijzen met als doel uit te groeien tot volwaardig technisch aanspreekpunt van de matrijsafdeling.
  • Je genoot een technische opleiding (elektro)mechanica of kan op minimaal 2 jaar ervaring terugblikken in een technische omgeving
  • Matrijzenkennis is binnen deze functie niet vereist. Men voorziet een opleiding volledig op maat voor jou
  • Je komt terecht in een gedeeltelijk Franstalig team
