In de regio Roeselare kom je terecht in een stabiel productiebedrijf dat actief is binnen de kunststofverwerkende sector. Ze produceren technische toepassingen voor een internationaal klantenbestand en combineren jarenlange ervaring met een sterk uitgebouwd machinepark.Ondanks hun vaste positie binnen de markt kiezen ze bewust voor een familiale structuur met korte beslissingslijnen. Je werkt in een team van een 80-tal collega’s, verspreid over productie, techniek en ondersteunende diensten. Iedereen kent elkaar. Overleg verloopt rechtstreeks en efficiënt.Als matrijzenwisselaar maak je deel uit van de technische dienst waar mechanische betrouwbaarheid centraal staat. Het machinepark is sterk geautomatiseerd en wordt continu geoptimaliseerd.Het bedrijf investeert blijvend in modernisering en optimalisatieprojecten. Er is ruimte voor technische inbreng en verbeterideeën. Zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin worden hier gewaardeerd. Hier ben je geen nummer, maar een medewerker die mee het verschil maakt in een technisch uitdagende productieomgeving.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je voert randtaken uit ter ondersteuning van het technisch team in productie, waaronder elektrische en mechanische herstellingen en onderhoud.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van het machinepark, in nauwe samenwerking met collega’s.
  • Beheren en herstellen van randapparatuur, waarbij basisherstellingen zelfstandig kunnen worden uitgevoerd.
  • Onderhouden en herstellen van de bekabeling van het machinepark.
  • Zorgdragen voor het beheer van inkomende leveringen, zoals machineonderdelen.
  • Betrokken bij optimalisatieprojecten binnen het productieproces.
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding op A2-niveau, bij voorkeur in elektromechanica of mechanica.
  • Ervaring in een vergelijkbare polyvalente, technische functie is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
