Als Landbouwmechanieker krijg je een uiterst afwisselende job waarin je tractoren, oogstmachines en diverse landbouwwerktuigen zowel in de modern uitgeruste werkplaats als rechtstreeks op het veld weer startklaar maakt!Dit familiale bedrijf in de regio West-Vlaanderen staat bekend om haar sterke service en kwaliteit binnen de landbouwmechanisatie. Met een grote passie voor het vak ondersteunt dit hechte team lokale landbouwers bij het onderhouden van hun moderne machineparken. Er heerst een nuchtere, collegiale werksfeer waar puur vakmanschap centraal staat en initiatief wordt gestimuleerd.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Uitvoeren van onderhoud en herstellingen aan een breed scala van landbouwmachines, tractoren, verreikers en oogstwerktuigen.
  • Opsporen en doelgericht analyseren van mechanische, hydraulische en basiselektro-technische storingen.
  • Vervangen of reviseren van componenten zoals pompen, motoren, versnellingsbakken en transmissiesystemen.
  • Uitvoeren van constructie- en herstelwerkzaamheden met behulp van diverse lastechnieken waar nodig.
  • Klantgericht adviseren en ondersteunen van eindgebruikers, waarbij je in dringende gevallen (bijvoorbeeld tijdens het oogstseizoen) ook service op locatie verleent.
  • Zorgen voor een veilige, ordelijke en efficiënte werkomgeving binnen de werkplaats.
  • Je hebt minimaal een A2-diploma Elektromechanica, Landbouwmechanisatie of bent volledig gelijkwaardig door relevante praktijkervaring.
  • Een gemotiveerde en flexibele aanpak: je bent een echte plantrekker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.
  • Vlot in de omgang, collegiaal ingesteld en een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
