Ben jij een allround technieker die kickt op afwisseling tussen atelierwerk en montage op locatie, en wil je meebouwen aan indrukwekkende constructies voor de zware industrie? Dan is dit jouw volgende uitdaging!Onze klant is een dynamische West-Vlaamse KMO met een ijzersterke reputatie in het leveren van technisch maatwerk voor de zware industrie. Hier wordt gewerkt met hart en ziel; de betrokkenheid is groot en de sfeer is op-en-top familiaal. Hoewel het een compact team is, opereren ze op internationaal niveau en realiseren ze uitdagende projecten in zowel binnen- als buitenland. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar ervaren collega’s je met open armen ontvangen en waar wederzijdse flexibiliteit de sleutel is tot succes.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledig samenstellen van metaalconstructies, gaande van lassen en boren tot slijpen en plooien.
  • Als monteur werk je aan unieke maatwerkprojecten, waarbij je de ene dag in het atelier staat en de andere dag op verplaatsing bij de klant.
  • Je voert montages en installaties uit op industriële sites, zowel nationaal als internationaal (voornamelijk buurlanden).
  • Naast constructiewerk sta je ook in voor het onderhoud van machines en installaties, zodat alles in topconditie blijft.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's om complexe technische plannen feilloos om te zetten in tastbare resultaten.
  • Bij projecten op grote afstand ben je bereid om incidenteel ter plaatse te overnachten, zodat de deadline gehaald wordt.
  • Je beschikt over een gedegen kennis van mechanica en kunt vlot technische plannen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Een stabiel werkverleden en een flexibele werkattitude zijn essentieel, inclusief de bereidheid om op verplaatsing te werken.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die vlot communiceert in het Nederlands (bezit van een attest rolbrug of heftruck is een stevig pluspunt).
