Voor een internationale en sterk groeiende industriële speler in de regio Bellegem zoeken we een kwaliteitsmedewerker die mee wil bouwen aan een omgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en continue verbetering centraal staan. Deze organisatie behoort tot de top binnen haar sector en staat bekend om haar sterke focus op innovatie, duurzaamheid en mensgericht werken.

Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar je een cruciale rol speelt in het bewaken van de kwaliteitsstandaarden. Als kwaliteitsmedewerker ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met audits, testen en kwaliteitsopvolging te maken heeft en werk je nauw samen met productie om processen naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Voer audits uit op producten, processen en kwaliteitsprocedures en zorg voor een nauwkeurige registratie
  • Neem stalen en voer kwaliteitstesten uit volgens het kwaliteitsplan om de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen te garanderen
  • Volg non-conformiteiten op en werk actief mee aan duurzame verbeteringen doorheen het volledige productieproces
  • Werk mee aan kwaliteitsverbetering door nieuwe kwaliteitsinstructies en procedures op te stellen en te optimaliseren
  • Ondersteun en coach collega's rond kwaliteitscontroles, processen en testmethodes en bewaak de kwaliteit op de werkvloer
  • Inzicht in productieprocessen en het vermogen om problemen te analyseren en op te lossen
  • Vlotte pc-vaardigheden en een goede kennis van het Microsoft Office-pakket
  • Oog voor detail, een sterke kwaliteitsfocus en de bereidheid om opleidingen te volgen
