Voor een toonaangevend bedrijf binnen de bouwsector – gespecialiseerd in maatwerkprojecten en totaalservice van ontwerp tot afwerking – zoeken we een gemotiveerde MIG-TIG lasser. Dit is jouw kans om te werken in een omgeving waar kwaliteit, precisie en klantgerichtheid centraal staan.Als MIG-TIG lasser draag je actief bij aan unieke, op maat gemaakte constructies.Jouw vakmanschap en technische inzicht maken het verschil bij elk project. Je werkt met oog voor detail en weet als geen ander hoe belangrijk afwerking en nauwkeurigheid zijn in elk laswerk.Ondanks de sterke groei blijft het bedrijf trouw aan zijn warme en collegiale cultuur. Er heerst een open communicatie, er is respect voor jouw werk en regelmatig worden er teambuildings georganiseerd om de teamspirit te versterken.Heb je ervaring met MIG en TIG lassen?   • Verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen van grote collectoren en buffervaten.
  • Werken met staal en roestvast staal in diverse diktes en toepassingen
  • Uitvoeren van MIG- en TIG-laswerken volgens de geldende kwaliteitsnormen
  • Zelfstandig plannen lezen en constructies opbouwen op basis van technische tekeningen
  • Controle op maatvoering, afwerking en structurele integriteit van de eindproducten.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met collega-lassers en monteurs binnen een goed uitgerust atelier
  • Reeds enkele jaren relevante ervaring als MIG-TIG lasser, bij voorkeur in maatwerk; lascertificaten zijn een plus
  • Vlot in het lezen van technische plannen en sterk in nauwkeurige afwerking
  • Ervaring met rolmachines en plaatscharen is mooi meegenomen
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands om veiligheid en communicatie te garanderen op de werkvloer
