Voor een familiale onderneming in de regio Kortrijk, gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen, bouwen en onderhouden van maatwerkmachines voor de landbouwsector, zijn we op zoek naar een Monteur.Al generaties lang wordt binnen dit bedrijf dezelfde passie voor techniek en landbouw doorgegeven. Dankzij hun diepgaande expertise en focus op kwaliteit zijn ze uitgegroeid tot een gevestigde waarde binnen de sector. Naast de ontwikkeling van innovatieve machines staan ze ook in voor service, onderhoud en technische ondersteuning bij hun klanten.Je komt terecht in een ervaren team met een sterke anciënniteit, waar vakkennis dagelijks wordt gedeeld en waar je alle kansen krijgt om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Montage en opbouw van hoogwaardige landbouwmachines volgens technische plannen en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Een actieve rol binnen een hecht montageteam waar samenwerking en vakmanschap centraal staan
  • Technische uitdagingen analyseren en meedenken over praktische en efficiënte oplossingen tijdens het montageproces
  • Nauwkeurige controle van gemonteerde onderdelen en het uitvoeren van functionele testen voor oplevering
  • Dagelijkse afstemming met de technische dienst en collega's om een vlotte voortgang van de projecten te garanderen
  • Een technische achtergrond binnen mechanica of elektromechanica, aangevuld met relevante praktijkervaring en een sterke interesse in techniek
  • Een hands-on ingesteldheid gecombineerd met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak, flexibiliteit en de motivatie om kwalitatief werk af te leveren
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands of Frans en affiniteit met landbouwmachines, machinebouw of de agrosector
