  • Je onderzoekt elektrische en mechanische storingen en zorgt ervoor dat productielijnen zo snel mogelijk opnieuw operationeel zijn.
  • Het uitvoeren van preventieve en curatieve onderhoudswerken vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van je job.
  • Je analyseert problemen aan PLC-systemen, elektrische motoren, sensoren, frequentieregelaars en andere technische componenten.
  • Ook het opsporen en oplossen van hydraulische en pneumatische problemen behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Samen met je collega's volg je onderhoudsplannen op, bereid je technische interventies voor en controleer je de staat van de installaties.
  • Je registreert uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in het onderhoudssysteem en zorgt voor een duidelijke communicatie met operatoren en de technische verantwoordelijke.
  • Je beschikt over een goede elektrische en mechanische kennis. Een eerste ervaring binnen industrieel onderhoud is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je kan elektrische schema's lezen en hebt kennis van PLC-systemen, sensoren, frequentieregelaars, hydraulica en pneumatica.
  • Je bent een zelfstandige, stressbestendige teamspeler met een goede kennis van het Nederlands (interne veilgheid) en bent bereid om in twee ploegen te werken.
