Als Onderhoudstechnicus Voorverpakking zorg jij voor een vlekkeloze opstart en de maximale werking van het geavanceerde machinepark!Dit toonaangevende voedingsbedrijf beschikt over meer dan 60 jaar expertise in de sector en combineert een sterk internationale marktpositie met een uitgesproken familiaal karakter. Vanuit een hypermoderne, geautomatiseerde productiesite in Hooglede levert de organisatie dagelijks kwalitatieve vleesproducten van topkwaliteit. Er heerst een dynamische en collegiale werksfeer waarin initiatief, vakmanschap en continue groei worden aangemoedigd. Naast een sterk investeringsbeleid in innovatie en de allernieuwste technologieën (zoals automatische magazijnen en geavanceerde verpakkingsrobots), hecht het bedrijf enorm veel belang aan het welzijn van haar medewerkers door middel van toffe ontspanningsmogelijkheden en uitstekende voorzieningen op de werkvloer.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse opstart, het preventief onderhoud en de herstellingen aan het sterk geautomatiseerde machinepark op de voorverpakkingsafdeling.
  • Analyseren en efficiënt oplossen van acute technische storingen aan verpakkingslijnen, robots en het automatische magazijn, gericht op duurzame oplossingen op lange termijn.
  • Periodiek controleren en inspecteren van de goede werking van productie-installaties en nevenapparatuur.
  • Actief meewerken aan het preventieve onderhoudsprogramma en het uitvoeren van systematische kwaliteitscontroles en inspecties.
  • Lezen en juist interpreteren van elektrische schema's en op basis van technische dossiers de benodigde vervangmaterialen bepalen.
  • Garanderen van een veilige werkomgeving door de hygiëne-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften strikt na te leven.
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor Elektromechanica / Elektrische Installaties of bent gelijkwaardig door opgebouwde ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker.
  • Grondige, diepgaande kennis van industriële elektriciteit; elektrische schema's hebben voor jou geen geheimen en je bent bereid om ook mechanisch je handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden: je kunt je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans óf Engels.
