  • Instellen, bedienen en bewaken van de productielijn om een vlotte en efficiënte werking te garanderen
  • Nauwgezet opvolgen van de productieplanning en bereiden van producten volgens de vooropgestelde kwaliteits- en rendementsnormen
  • Uitvoeren van regelmatige kwaliteitscontroles en tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen of onregelmatigheden
  • Opsporen en melden van technische storingen en uitvoeren van kleine interventies om productiestilstanden zoveel mogelijk te beperken
  • Instaan voor een nette, veilige en hygiënische werkomgeving en naleven van de geldende veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften
  • Goede kennis van productiemachines en inzicht in de werking en bediening ervan
  • Vertrouwd met de HACCP-normen en aandacht voor voedselveiligheid, hygiëne en kwaliteit
  • Een echte teamspeler die vlot samenwerkt met collega's en bijdraagt aan een positieve werksfeer
  • Nauwkeurige en zorgvuldige werkhouding, met oog voor detail en verantwoordelijkheidszin
