Dan is deze functie als operator misschien wel de ideale uitdaging!Deze onderneming is actief binnen de metaalverwerkende industrie en specialiseert zich in het vervaardigen van kwalitatieve metalen constructies en maatwerkoplossingen. Binnen een moderne productieomgeving staan precisie, vakmanschap en innovatie centraal. Dankzij een sterk machinepark en de voortdurende aandacht voor kwaliteit worden uiteenlopende projecten en serieproducties op een efficiënte manier gerealiseerd.Om het productieteam te versterken, gaat deze onderneming op zoek naar een technisch ingestelde operator. In deze functie sta je in voor het instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van een geautomatiseerde lasinstallatie. Je krijgt de nodige ondersteuning van ervaren collega's om de machine en productieprocessen grondig onder de knie te krijgen. Wie graag bijleert en zich technisch verder wil ontwikkelen, vindt hier bovendien mooie toekomstmogelijkheden!Wat houdt de job in?

  • Instellen en bedienen van de lasrobot voor verschillende serieproducties
  • Correct instellen en controleren van de parameters en waar nodig bijsturen
  • Opvolgen van het proces en bewaken van een vlot productieverloop
  • Controleren van afgewerkte stukken op kwaliteit en maatvoering
  • Detecteren en signaleren van afwijkingen of technische problemen
  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische plannen en productiedocumentatie
  • Zorgen voor een nette werkplek en het naleven van de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Technische opleiding binnen TSO of BSO, bij voorkeur in een lastechnische richting
  • Nauwkeurige en leergierige ingesteldheid, met de nodige zelfstandigheid en bereidheid om in twee ploegen te werken
  • Perfect Nederlandstalig in kader van veiligheidsvoorschriften
