Dit financieel sterke en continu groeiende familiebedrijf uit Ardooie is een toonaangevende speler in de productie van hoogwaardig interieurmaatwerk. Op de lakafdeling wordt gebruikgemaakt van de modernste technologieën en professionele machines. Er heerst een dynamische werkomgeving waar vakmanschap, kwaliteit en een fijne collegiale sfeer hand in hand gaan. Naast hard werken is er ook volop ruimte voor ontspanning met extra activiteiten zoals een gezellige congé-inzet of een sportieve afterwork (volleybal of padel).

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Manueel lakken (natlak) en vernissen van specifieke interieurelementen en maatwerkstukken die niet door de automatische lakstraat kunnen.
  • Uitvoeren van diverse oppervlaktebehandelingen zoals beitsen, kleuren, patineren en bleken van houtoppervlakken.
  • Vakkundig opschuren en voorbereiden van de ondergronden om een stofvrij en vlekkeloos eindresultaat te garanderen.
  • Instellen, reinigen en onderhouden van de verfspuitpistolen en de bijbehorende apparatuur in de spuitcabine.
  • Controleren van de laagdikte en het uitvoeren van een nauwkeurige visuele kwaliteitscontrole op de afgewerkte producten.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de collega's van de lakstraat en de montage-afdeling om een vlotte productiedoorloop te garanderen.
  • Een eerste succesvolle praktijkervaring als pistoolschilder is vereist, bij voorkeur met natlaktechnieken.
  • Een natuurlijke affiniteit met houtproducten, fineer en plaatmaterialen, gecombineerd met een zeer nauwkeurige manier van werken.
  • Een kwaliteitsbewuste instelling: een millimeter of kleurafwijking ontsnapt niet aan jouw scherpe oog.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden: je spreekt en begrijpt vlot Nederlands en/of Frans.
