Binnen de organisatie heerst een enorme betrokkenheid; er wordt hier oprecht met hart en ziel gewerkt. Wat houdt de job in?

  • Natlakken (45%): Het vakkundig en uiterst nauwkeurig aanbrengen van natlaklagen op uiteenlopende metalen oppervlakken en constructies volgens strikte kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Parelstralen (45%): Het zorgvuldig mechanisch reinigen en opruwen van metalen onderdelen om een optimale hechting en perfecte oppervlakteafwerking te garanderen.
  • Sproeibeitsen (10%): Het chemisch voorbehandelen en reinigen van de metalen materialen om oxidelagen en onzuiverheden te verwijderen.
  • Controleren van de laagdiktes en de algemene esthetische kwaliteit van het geleverde spuitwerk.
  • Zelfstandig instellen en onderhouden van je spuitpistolen, straalinstallaties en bijbehorende beschermingsmiddelen.
  • Aantoonbare praktijkervaring met industrieel natlakken en oppervlaktebehandelingstechnieken zoals parelstralen.
  • Ervaring binnen de metaalverwerkende industrie of machinebouw is een zeer sterke troef.
  • Je kan deze vacature zonder vertalen lezen.
