Onze klant is een toonaangevende specialist in de coördinatie, installatie en service van hoogwaardige machines voor de hout-, aluminium- en kunststofverwerkende industrie. Om de groei te bestendigen en de divisies aluminium en PVC samen te brengen, investeert het bedrijf in extra coördinatie en klantgerichte ondersteuning.Binnen de organisatie kom je terecht in een jong, hecht en informeel team waarin een sterk groepsgevoel centraal staat. Met initiatieven zoals een tweemaandelijks 'Viva Café', een gezamenlijk ontbijt en regelmatige teamevents wordt er actief ingezet op plezier en collegialiteit. Je werkt nauw samen met de Service Manager, een administratief bediende en circa 10 techniekers op het terrein.Als planning- en servicecoördinator ben je de rechterhand van de Service Manager. Je vormt de spilfiguur tussen techniekers, internationale leveranciers en klanten. Naast een strakke planning sta je klanten proactief, helder en telefonisch te woord om updates te geven.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Opmaken en opvolgen van de efficiënte werf- en interventieplanning voor circa 10 techniekers
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor techniekers bij praktische of technische vragen
  • Proactief telefonisch contact onderhouden met internationale klanten (o.a. Italië) voor opvolging en statusupdates
  • Beheren van de onderdelenstock en het tijdig voorzien en bestellen van nodige wisselstukken
  • Opvragen van offertes bij internationale leveranciers in het Engels en coördineren tussen de afdelingen
  • Prioriteiten stellen en knelpunten snel oplossen om een continue dienstverlening te garanderen
  • Minstens een A2-diploma met relevante werkervaring (een bachelordiploma is een mooie troef)
  • Vlot communicatief in het Engels en Nederlands, zowel gesproken als geschreven
  • Hoge maturitiet, zeer stressbestendig, organisatorisch sterk en commercieel ingesteld aan de telefoon
  • Je spreekt Nederlands omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
