Dan is deze opportuniteit iets voor jou.Voor onze klant in de regio Menen zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Ploegchef. Deze organisatie heeft een sterke reputatie in de voedingssector en produceert al meer dan 100 jaar smaakvolle lekkernijen. Grote kans dat hun producten ook bij jou in de kast liggen. Als familiale KMO stelt het bedrijf ongeveer 150 medewerkers te werk en realiseert het een jaaromzet van meer dan 50 miljoen euro. Hun producten worden verdeeld via zowel grote als kleine retailers verspreid over heel België.Om hun continue groei te ondersteunen, zijn zij momenteel op zoek naar een gedreven Technisch Ploegchef die het team komt versterken en bijdraagt aan een vlotte en efficiënte werking van de productieafdeling.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Leidinggevende rol over 8 medewerkers en je zorgt dat je team de dagelijkse productiedoelstellingen haalt
  • Je stelt de personeelsplanning op en zorgt voor een goede taakverdeling binnen jouw team
  • Je houdt het volledige productieproces nauw in de gaten en grijpt in waar nodig om de kwaliteit te waarborgen
  • Dankzij je basiskennis mechanica en elektronica voer je kleine herstellingen uit en meld je grotere technische problemen aan
  • Je werkt actief samen met de productiemanager en denkt mee na over optimalisaties in planning en efficiëntie
  • Jij voorkomt problemen in de productie door goed te anticiperen en de werkorganisatie continu te verbeteren
  • Je behaalde een technisch diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring als ploegchef of operator in de voedingssector
  • Basiskennis van mechanica en elektriciteit is noodzakelijk voor eerstelijnsonderhoud
