Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar teamwork en efficiëntie centraal staan. Als ploegleider ben jij de spilfiguur op de werkvloer en zorg je ervoor dat alles vlot, veilig en volgens planning verloopt.Binnen dit snelgroeiend bedrijf krijg je de kans om te evolueren in een omgeving waar mensen centraal staan en waar initiatief en betrokkenheid echt gewaardeerd worden.   • Als ploegchef stuur je een team van 5 tot 10 medewerkers aan, waaronder operatoren, productiemedewerkers en heftruckchauffeurs
  • Daarnaast coach en motiveer je jouw team en voer je feedbackgesprekken om hun ontwikkeling te ondersteunen
  • Verder zorg je voor een vlotte personeelsplanning en zoek je oplossingen bij afwezigheden of wijzigingen
  • Ook begeleid je nieuwe medewerkers en zorg je voor een gestructureerd opleidingstraject
  • Bovendien volg je storingen op en werk je samen met de technische dienst om problemen snel op te lossen
  • Daarnaast denk je actief mee over verbeteringen in het productieproces en de organisatie
  • Tot slot bewaak je kwaliteit, veiligheid en orde op de werkvloer en zorg je voor een correcte administratieve opvolging
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een productieomgeving of bent klaar om hierin door te groeien
  • Daarnaast ben je een sterke people manager die medewerkers weet te motiveren en ondersteunen
  • Verder werk je oplossingsgericht en kan je snel beslissingen nemen in een dynamische omgeving
  • Tot slot communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands omwille van veiligheid en samenwerking en ben je bereid om in 5-ploegenstelsel te werken
