Wist je trouwens al dat onze klant een omzet behaalde van 2,3 miljard euro in het jaar 2023? Voel jij je dus geroepen om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant als een ploegleider in een 9 ploegensysteem? Twijfel dat niet en lees verder wat jou te wachten staat in dit mooie verhaal.Als ploegleider ben jij de leidinggevende een team van productiemedewerkers & werk je binnen een 5 ploegensysteem.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je stuurt, motiveert en coacht een team van 5 tot 10 medewerkers waaronder machinebedieners, productiemedewerkers en heftruckbestuurders
  • Evaluatiegesprekken voer je op regelmatige basis om de prestaties en ontwikkeling van je team op te volgen
  • Nieuwe medewerkers zorg je voor een warm onthaal en begeleid je tijdens hun opleidingstraject
  • Personeelsplanning pas je aan bij afwezigheden en afwijkingen, zodat de productie vlot blijft draaien
  • Je analyseert en coördineert storingen samen met de technische dienst en voert nodige testen uit
  • Continu verbeteringen voorstellen en optimalisaties doorvoeren behoort tot je verantwoordelijkheden
  • Kwaliteitscontroles voer je nauwgezet uit zodat de vooropgestelde targets behaald worden
  • Veiligheidsprocedures zorg je dat gekend en nageleefd worden op de werkvloer
  • Administratieve opvolging zoals rapportages en orderbeheer behoort tot je takenpakket
  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma of bent gelijkgesteld door een eerdere relevante ervaring
  • Het Nederlands is voor jou niet onbekend omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Je bent een punctuele en gedreven persoonlijkheid
