Een innovatieve en familiale speler binnen de verpakkingsindustrie in regio Kortrijk kijkt momenteel uit naar een Preventieadviseur om het veiligheids- en welzijnsbeleid verder te versterken en uit te bouwen.Je komt terecht in een moderne productieomgeving waar veiligheid, samenwerking en continue verbetering centraal staan. Dankzij de familiale structuur zijn de communicatielijnen kort en krijg je de ruimte om initiatief te nemen en actief impact te maken op verschillende sites en afdelingen.Naast een uitdagende technische omgeving zet het bedrijf sterk in op een positieve werksfeer, opleiding en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Je maakt deel uit van een stabiele organisatie met ambitieuze toekomstplannen, waar ondernemerschap en teamspirit dagelijks voelbaar zijn op de werkvloer.Wat houdt de job in?

  • Een sleutelrol binnen het veiligheidsbeleid, van risicoanalyses en preventieplannen tot het implementeren en evalueren van concrete veiligheidsacties op de werkvloer
  • Sensibiliseren van medewerkers via opleidingen, infosessies en gerichte campagnes rond veiligheid, welzijn en het voorkomen van arbeidsongevallen
  • Coördinatie van audits en veiligheidsprocessen, inclusief begeleiding van collega’s en opvolging van verbeteracties binnen de organisatie
  • Structuur brengen in preventie en compliance door procedures, handleidingen, risicomatrices en postinterventiedossiers correct uit te werken en up-to-date te houden
  • Aansturen en coachen van een team, gecombineerd met het voorzitterschap van het Comité voor Preventie en Bescherming op het Werk, inclusief opvolging van het globaal actieplan en jaarverslagen
  • Een bacheloropleiding aangevuld met een attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 of 2, gecombineerd met ervaring binnen een productieomgeving en kennis van audits zoals ISO 9001
  • Vlotte communicatie in zowel het Nederlands als Frans, met een overtuigende aanpak en een sterke samenwerking over verschillende afdelingen heen
  • Een hands-on en flexibele ingesteldheid, waarbij je meedenkt rond veiligheid, kostenbewustzijn en productieoptimalisatie, én je vlot verplaatst tussen de sites in Moeskroen, Blandain en sporadisch Kortrijk
